The Smartpest 4.0 project, coordinated by Confagricoltura and funded by the Piano di sviluppo rurale of Veneto, involves agricultural businesses in the Delta area and various research institutions with the aim of improving the management of water contaminated by agrochemicals and, consequently, reducing point-source pollution in the agricultural sector. During the public meeting, there will also be a demonstration of Agrobox, an innovative technology for purifying wastewaters and reducing point pollution in farms. The event will offer an opportunity for discussion on the results of the experimentation.
